About Andrea

Andrea S. Ferrante is a highly experienced criminal defense attorney.

Andrea Ferrante is a licensed attorney in both New York and New Jersey, currently practicing at the Law Offices of Andrea S. Ferrante, Esq., LL.M., LLC in Warren, NJ and Staten Island, NY. She provides legal representation to clients in various litigation matters, including criminal, family, and real estate proceedings. In addition to her legal representation, she offers of counsel services and supervises other attorneys in their representation of clients.

Prior to starting her own law practice, Andrea was a Supervising Attorney at the Legal Aid Society Criminal Defense Division in Staten Island, NY, where she provided guidance and supervision to staff attorneys in their representation of indigent clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal proceedings.

During her time as a legal intern at the Immigrant & Refugee Rights Clinic at CUNY School of Law, Andrea advocated for clients on asylum, employment authorization, naturalization, and VAWA issues through investigation, legal research, client meetings, motion practice, and litigation. She also performed legal research on employment discrimination and memorandum preparation under Professor Merrick T. Rossein and completed legal research on immigration and criminal issues, memorandum preparation, and research presentation under Professor Donna Lee.
